Kyrova offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection. Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging cannot be returned.

In the case of a defective or damaged product upon arrival, please contact us at kyrovashop@gmail.com with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
