Shipping Policy – Kyrova

Order Processing All orders are processed through our logistics partner eProlo within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Times

  • European Union: 7–20 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–30 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
