Terms of Service – Kyrova

By placing an order with Kyrova, you agree to the following terms.

Pricing Prices are displayed in the applicable currency for your region. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.

Orders Kyrova reserves the right to limit or refuse any order at our discretion. You will be notified if your order cannot be fulfilled.

Right of Return You have a 14-day right of return from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we have received and inspected the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Defective Products If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at kyrovashop@gmail.com with photos within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Limitation of Liability Kyrova's liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes may be submitted to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrugerklagenævnet) or resolved via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
